Performance & Features
  • The oral thin film packaging machine adopts a split modular structure. Each module can be removed independently for easier transportation, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • The main motor uses variable frequency control, allowing operators to set the corresponding blanking quantity according to the stroke length and product size.
  • A traction mechanism ensures smooth operation and accurate synchronization. The strip size can be adjusted within the available range to meet different production requirements.
  • All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, meeting GMP requirements.
  • Slitting and cross-cutting are integrated to precisely divide the material into individual sheet-like products. The films are then transferred to the packaging film through a peeling-based feeding system, helping ensure gentle handling and reducing the risk of damage. The process continues with lamination, heat sealing, and punching, followed by the output of finished packaged products, forming a fully integrated packaging line.
